Q:Why is my new battery life short?
A:For shipping: all rechargable batteries must have a 0-60% low charge, if not, parcels can't be shipped by air post.
So some batteries are shipped empty or low on power.  please charge battery fully the first time you use.
 
Q:My house is a villa, I don't want the doorbell to always call me. What can I do?
A:In the settings, you can Turn off the FIR detection. Then it will not call you if no body clicks the doorbell button.
 
Q: My signal is poor on my doorbell
A: Your doorbell maybe too far away from your wireless router or you may have some obstructions in between that reduce signal strength. you might try re-positioning your router or getting a extender/repeater for your wireless router.
 
Q: Does the doorbell support Intercom?
A: Yes, it support 2CH Intercom. No matter where you are, people near the door can speak with you if your phone has wifi or a 4G signal.
 
Q: Does the doorbell support 5GHz wifi or only 2.4G (Note this does not have to do with your phones 5G/4G data connection, 5G and 5GHZ are for completely different purposes and not related).
A: It support only 2.4Ghz.
